- Actions taken in the Platform

2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate and improve the Platform
- Route referral inquiries
- Support internal home operations
- Maintain security and prevent abuse
3. Data Minimization
We encourage users to:
- Upload only information necessary for placement and daily care
- Avoid sensitive identifiers such as SSNs or insurance IDs
4. HIPAA Clarification
The Platform is not a HIPAA-regulated service in Phases 1–3.
We do not offer HIPAA compliance or sign BAAs during these phases.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data:
- With service providers (hosting, email, security) under confidentiality agreements
- When required by law
- To protect platform integrity and safety
6. Data Retention
Unless otherwise requested or required:
- Declined or withdrawn referral data: retained up to 90 days
- Admitted resident data: retained up to 1 year
- Audit logs: retained at least 1 year
